The blend is 50% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Cabernet Franc. The prestigious property is located on the border of the Graves Appellation. This Bordeaux has a few years on it, which means it is mellow and approachable - not overly tannic. Nice black cherry and currant notes, that leads to a silky palate. This wine would be beautiful with casual steak, burgers or vegetarian dishes.
