Hirsch The horizon Straight Bourbon Whiskey

"The Horizon" blends two mash bills from Indiana. Mash bill A makes up 94% of the blend (75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley). The longest aged of the mash is mash bill B (six years, two months), whereas mash bill A is the youngest but not by much (five years, four months). The sweet bourbon aromas appeared with hints of caramel, honey, butter, winter-mint and vanilla. On the palate hints of toffee, baking spices and leather, with a warm long finish.
