Whereas the black label Iwai is corn and malt, Tradition is full malt, aged six years in sherry, bourbon and wine barrels. A lightly briny, malty aroma is followed by an ultra-smooth texture. Light and pure flavors of caramel, apricot. medium level of peat smoke and iodine. A fantastic whiskey!
