Lagler Grüner Veltliner

An organic- grapes Grüner Veltliner from one of the stars winemaker of the Wachau region. This is a fuller bodied Grüner than many, with less of the bright white pepper (tho there is some) and more preserved lemons, waxy vegetal notes (maybe raw zucchini?), a tiny touch of shishito pepper and a landslide of minerals. Serve with firm fish like cod, scallops, asparagus, veal.
