Pet- Nat is an abbreviation for "Pétillant Naturel"- a french term that roughly translates to "Naturally sparkling". It's made by taking unfinished (in other words- still fermenting) wine, bottling and capping it, and allowing it to complete fermentation in the bottle (that' where the bubbles come from). It's the ultimate in Lo-fi winemaking, and we love it!. Look for fruity aromas characterized by tropical fruit, pear and flower, hints of herbs. Ends with a little spice, an a touch of nut. It's fresh and crisp, with a creamy medium- bodied. Langmann is one of those sippers that just leaves you craving for more. The wine is also low in sulfites.
