From the only privately-owned winery on the Greek Island of Paros, a blend of the red grape Mandilaria (75%) and the white Monemvasia, which lightens up this brawny red. Intense blackberry and plum aromas with a touch of resiny pine, then a delicate strawberry finish. Aged 2 years in oak, but still up-there-tannin - serve with lamb!
