Ravines Dry Riesling

From the Finger Lakes - famous for Riesling - here's a totally dry example grown on some of the only limestone vineyards in the state (Riesling loves limestone!). It's light in body, with a light petrol/gasoline aroma (a good thing), then lots on minerals, green apple, and yogurty Lees. Unique and elegant expression of the brilliant terroir. Great with shellfish, chicken, asian.
