Made by a husband and wife team from Basque country in northwest Spain. This organic grapes Txakolina is 100% Hondarrabi Zuri. The bubbles are fine and almost creamy (more than the usual spritz). It has floral and lemon-lime aromas plus zesty acidity, and a citrus-mineral flavor like lime wedges with a sprinkle of salt. Light and refreshing!
