From the Itata region (south of Chile) this wine is organic and sustainable grown (no certification), the average age of the vines is 100 years old. The winemaker use only native yeast, the malolactic fermentation occurs naturally and is aged in concrete vats. Aged in large wood vessels for 14 months (Natural wine, low in sulfites). It's delicate, fresh, soft tannins and mineral. Tasty one liter bottle. Chilled is even better!!!
