Wheeler's Western Gin

It's a London dry style gin, but made with uniquely new Mexican botanicals, including Cholla cactus flowers, white desert Sage, Osha root (Lovage), and Cascade hops. The result is a gin with a creamy mouthfeel and low- toned earthier aromas rather than bright high notes. Delicious gin with subtle flavors of the southwest.
