Champagne/Sparkling

Made by a champagne family (say "Groo-ay") in southern New Mexico, using the same methods and grapes as in champagne - in this case 75% chardonnay, 25% pinot noir. Dry, not sweet, with the usual high acidity but a nice toasty, rich flavor.

Sweet and lightly fizzy, with that lovely floral and Lychee flavor of the moscato grape. This one isn't the famous Moscato D' Asti, but it, too, is delicious and well-made. Perfect for brunch!

Made in Burgundy using the same grape (Chardonnay) and the the same process as champagne, this bottle is a great value, with a similar light, bright, toasty flavor as champers. yummy on its own, but also fantastic with brunch!
