Is an unoaked blend of Cinsault, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon from youthful Bekaa Valley vines. This vegan red is inky-dark color with a silky-texture with aromas of blackcurrant, raspberry and cherry. The finish is spicy, warm with cherry jam. The best match are mature cheeses, cold-cuts, grilled or roasted meats, casseroles as well.
