Passito wines are made from partially dried grapes for concentrated flavors and sweetness. This one is from the Island of Pantelleria (between Sicily and Africa) and is 100% Moscato. 20% of the fruit is sun-dried, so it's sweet and light, not cloying. You'll find dried fruit, citrus and light honey aromas plus orange and apricot jam flavors. Try it with fruit desserts, and hard cheeses.
