Shipping & returns
Bad bottles do happen. If you find, upon opening it, that your bottle is corked (mildewed cardboard smell) or tastes vinegary or otherwise “off,” please bring it back and we’ll replace it. Please try to do it within the week, and please bring the mostly-full bottle back with you. If you have the receipt, great, but it’s not essential.
If you end up with the wrong thing, or just change your mind, we’re happy to take the bottle back and either exchange it or refund by the original payment method. There are a few conditions here, though:
- The return/exchange must be made the same day as the original purchase, and must be done in person.
- You must have the receipt.
- The refund must be made by the same method as the original purchase (cash or same credit card).
