Angel's Envy Bourbon

Typically aged for up to 6 years and 5% of the spirit is lose each year to evaporation or "The angel's share" but what's left behind after is truly worthy of envy. Finish in ruby port wine cask which adds a subtly distinct flavor that enhance the whiskey without challenging it. Aromas like vanilla, raisins, maple syrup and toasted nuts. Heavenly!
