Banyan Gewurztraminer

Made by the winemaker of Hobo Wine Co. and his father to celebrate their Thai heritage, this Cali Gewurztraminer is formulated especially for Thai food. It's dry but it's common to get a little sweet impression in the beginning. Then it's pure fresh Lychees and light body. Also good with Chinese, Indian curries, smoked foods.
