Named for the "Moulin" or windmill that sits on the hill, Moulin-A-Vent is a seriuos Beaujolais and one of the fuller-bodied and structured Crus (some Crus are more floral and delicate). This is made without carbonic (no tutti-fruity flavor) and has lovely Gamay cherry-spice flavors. Medium-body and tannins. Serve with any pork, sausages, and chicken.
