From the small village of Givry in the Cote Chalonnaise, here is a vibrant and refreshing Burgundy! It has light body and up-there acidity (great food wine). Earthy fruit and floral aromas, like violets, leading to equal amounts of fall leaves and fresh cherry flavors. Only 25% new oak so a touch of spice. It's Pinot Noir 100%.
