Dom Perignon 2012

Named for the Benedictine monk who made major advances in champagne production, Dom is made only as a vintage wine, and only in years when the harvest is considered exceptional. The 2012 is described as a vibrant opening on the palate with focused acidity and bitter notes, and finish with tobacco, ginger, and toasted accents. The nose is floral with fruit and minerality. A classic luxury. And worth it!
