Laphroaig

From the Island of Islay (say "eye - luh"). Laphroaig is legendarily peaty. If you like the medicinal wood smoke and iodine flavor of some scotches, you're in the right place. It's got all that and seaweed, a little vanilla, oak, cardamom, and pepper. This is another one that blooms with a few drops of water.
