Open Now Minervois

Made by a woman winemaker in Minervois (Languedoc), this biodynamic wine is 60% Syrah, 40% Mourvedre. It has an incredible rose aroma, then berry flavors with a light iron/blood and barnyard note as well as narcissus blossom. Medium-body and tannins - nice for sipping, but great with light lamb dishes, sausages, veal. Light filtration.
