This Alsatian Gewurz is not like a lychee bomb like most can be but the lychee is well integrated with beautiful rose aromas and a light eucalyptus. Exotic flavors of apricots, mangos plus baking spice, wild honey and an underlying yogurt note for some balance. The light sweetness only adds to the juiciness and creamy texture. Try with fondue.
