Rough Rider Bourbon

The great thing about this bourbon is everything about it is Long Island; it's distilled there from locally grown grain (60% corn, 35% Rye, and 5% wheat), aged in oak, then a second time in barrels from local merlot and chardonnay that were washed in local brandy. Four years old with a nice sweetness (caramel, spice) balancing light Rye graininess.
