A Jamaican navy-strength rum (57% alcohol, an old requirement of the British navy so that, if rum spilled on the gunpowder, the latter will still ignite). Used in punches and cocktails - one of the fullest, most complexly aromatic high-proof rums. Apricot, caramel, and a little smoke.
