Made in Alsace by renowned maker of brandies. This has no sugar, but it takes ten pounds of cherries to make this small bottle! Kirsch can be drunk ice-cold before or after dinner or used in cheese fondue, traditional German Black Forest Cake or Cherries

We tasted a whole line up of great grappas from Marolo and chose the Brunello bottling as the most delicate. It has a lovely, light floral note and a touch of peach-apple fruitiness. The pomace for distillation comes from the Star Wineries of the region.
