An Argentine Chardonnay with no oak or butter, just crisp, intense flavors of dried pineapple and golden apple. Medium-full body and medium acidity make for a nice sipper, but it would also be great with grilled swordfish, chicken, fish tacos.

From the Hudson Valley, a Riesling that is lightly sweet (three sugars in your coffee) and has slightly lower acidity than others (softer). Perfectly balance with floral- citrus aromas and ripe tropical flavors. It's anytime favorite!

This is a "pretty" wine and not just for its name (say "bloom"). It's light in body with delicate green apple flavors, a tiny touch of honey and some vanilla-peach from the Viognier. A drop of Sauvignon Blanc adds freshness. Great sipping!
