Refosco dal Pedunculo Rosso is predominant in Northeast Italy and derives its name from its red stems (it's the literal translation!) This one is organic with no added sulfites and has violet and sweet red cherry jam aromas. On the palate there's spicy black cherries, plums plus pie crust flavors to finish. Great for rustic fare or party-night guzzling.
