Viña Zorzal Graciano

Here's a minimal intervention wine from Navarra, Spain. Only spontaneous fermentations, avoid racking, no filter or clarification and only add Sulphur in moderate doses. 100% Graciano and aged for nine months. Fresh aromas of black fruit such as blackberry, blackcurrant, also black pepper, cedar and earthy notes. Dry, soft tannins and medium body. Great with tapas.
