Champagne/Sparkling/Pet-Nat

Made by a champagne family (say "Groo-ay") in southern New Mexico, using the same methods and grapes as in champagne - in this case 75% chardonnay, 25% pinot noir. Dry, not sweet, with the usual high acidity but a nice toasty, rich flavor.

Made in Burgundy from mostly chardonnay (like champagne) and other varieties like a bit of Ugni blanc and Chenin Blanc for aroma. Fine bubbles and graceful nose with white fruits and almond notes. Fresh acidity make this bubbly a great option for sipping
